1. All Sales Are Final

  • All orders are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item is received.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal preferences (e.g., scent, texture)
    • Customer error (e.g., incorrect shipping address or item selection)

 

2. Order Modifications

  • Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, the order cannot be modified.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
    • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at export@masbanatawaida.com
    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (including packaging, if damaged)
  • If verified, we will offer:
    • A replacement item
    • A partial or full refund
    • In rare cases, return of the product may be required, at our discretion.

 

4. Allergies and Ingredients

  • All ingredients are listed on product pages. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase. Refunds for allergic reactions are granted at our discretion and typically do not require product return.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error. Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless pre-approved.
